No doubt an OPENROUTER (OPEN). I agree this helps AOL, free cable for everyone! They have to share the bandwidth, the Courts will do it for one simple reason, they built it too soon and we came too soon by the truckload, we are flooding the internet, adn they have to make room for all of us, and this is the only way, to open up every kind of bandwidth out there, that's why the Military and Universities are right now building a separate Internet, to maintain dedicated top speed, therefore the 1% GDP ($301 t0 $350 BILLION E-Commerce last year) has to be put somewhere, allowed access somewhere, AOL gets a free benefit here, since it did not have to pay (or get fenced out) by TCI and AT&T etc for the nice new Optic fiber etc they built for us.
