May 19 1999: Charger has completed a private placement of special warrants at $1.25 per special warrant, for net proceeds of $1.3-million. Each special warrant entitles the holder to acquire, for no additional consideration, one common share of Charger.
June 11 1999: The company has completed the second portion of the private placement of special warrants at $1.25 (Canadian) per special warrant for net proceeds of $1.7-million (Canadian). The first portion of this financing was closed with net proceeds of $1.3-million (Canadian), as previously announced on May 19, 1999
