Thanks for the report. TD Assets deserves support from all of us. The individuals who entered into the scandalous contract with Berg should be next in line for a stockholder suit when he is sent packing.

Any information on how to support the move would be helpful. I voted all my shares as "abstain" for re-election of the Board (the only option available, other than approval). Suggest all do the same, combined with the obvious against vote on the compensation package for the chairman.
