Bearshark, some internet issues are simply collapsing; the weight of margin calls may have something to do with that. i guess they are soon due for another bounce due to their being oversold short term. but once again chart support areas have given way in some of them, so i guess ultimately there may be a lot more downside before this is over. if AOL rallies back to 105 as the Captain suspects, it will merely revisit a recently broken support level. EBAY is getting slammed, and has now a p/e of only 2,369. short term support on the stock is broken, yet another internet leader gone by the wayside. the money is fleeing into more staid issues; the question is, how long will there be places to hide?

regards,
