Hi bobe. Not only I dont understand how that announcement drove the price down. I dont understand the performance of usrx since the fall at all. I guess the announcement drove the stock down because we all thought why would such a great company want to be bought by another? Why not buy the other? And so rumours flew that it meant something was wrong with usrx. I'll bet the earnings will prove otherwise. But besides that, look at the past few months. A great company with wise leadership and good numbers just flounders and flounders while the market goes up. I dont know what to do. Do we keep hanging on? Look what happened to 3coms stock and I dont understand that either. A little bad news led to a cataclysmic fall while other companies have a little bad news and shares stay the same or go up because it wasnt very bad. Dont get it. Is it all a gamble? freeus
