Two possible reasons:

1. If Ford buyout doesn't go and price drops like a rock, then R-Hump analyst's rear-end is covered by downgrade.

2. R-Hump hopes to accumulate inventory as their clients sell-out so that they can either sell to Ford or they hope the shareholders will fight for a better price and then they sell their inventory.

Just my opinion, take it with a bucket of salt.
