>jb, My comment to Suntzu "I think some of your remarks to Morgan are a bit too strong," was in reference to Suntzu's initial comments to Morgan implying that he was unreasonable in being concerned about the problems he experienced. I thought Morgan was saying something he believed and that he had every right to do so. Their exchange became rather heated after that, as happens here from time to time. But I was really suggesting that Suntzu was wrong criticizing Morgan for having a gripe that any one of us could have had. So, Suntzu was a bit strong, and Morgan reciprocated..... and then some! :-}

Bill, I respect your opinions and was not going to continue this line of the thread but would like to make the following comments -

Sir F keeps stating that he is posting to "make cyber better" but I must honestly say that if one goes back and reads his posts then I respectfully state that he is missing his mark by a long shot - - to me, his statemenst come across as Bashing - intended or not.

Cyber - nor any of the other programs - is not perfect BUT it is a long way from the pile of trash that comes across in Sir F's posts - at lease that is the way they come across to me.

If one looks at the times cyber had a problem and the time his posts come up here it appears that the thing that is of most important to him is blasting to the world that cyber has a problem. I fail to see how this helps.

He later goes on to post about how they HAVE make improvements and how much they ARE trying to solve the problems - few, IMO, as compaired to many out there - when they happen but the damage of his first posts has been done due to many people not reading this thread every day - - the blast may be all they see.

Another point that I find very strange - he seem to get upset when the suggestion is made that he take his business elsewhere. From my read of his posts - and I certainly appolize if it is NOT his intention - is that he really doesn't like the program and, for whatever reasons, has received very poor service from it. Why would the suggestion that he go elsewhere upset him so? Just doesn't make sense UNLESS it was not, in fact, to try to IMPROVE things but to just tear it apart - - much as we had here a while back on the gentleman that started the other thread on Cyber.

As I stated, IF Sir F's intentions are as he states - to attempt to make things better - then I suggest that he needs to step back and think about how what he has posted in the past has come across - at least to one person out here - and if his posts are having the intended result.

Maybe I am just too sensitive about this but one sees so much bashing on the internet - much of it "disguised" that it just gets a little old.

And again, if I have mis-read Sir F's posts and intentions, I appologize to him and the rest of you on the thread.
