Jake..There was article in my local paper yesterday from the LA Times about LENDERS AREN'T RUSHING TO INTERNET...The writer pointed out that only four of the top 20 Morgage Makers do business on the internet The meat of the story was that they are making the same mistake that the large Stock-Broker houses made when they didn't jump on exploding on-line trading market...The rules of the business are changing the article stated James Punishill, analst at Forrester Research in Boston He continued to say" When the Internet takes off the NORWESTs (and other laggards) are going to be left in dust and let these up-starts set the rule." If anyone can find the acticle and post the site it is great reading..Bill
