ron, long term debt is debt beyond one year, such as a 10 year
bank note. it is noncurrent liability, however the installments
due are accounted as a current liability. if i borred 10,000
for 10 years @ 10% i would pay 1,000 a year current debt
the 10,000 less payments would be long term debt the the
total liabilities is the 10,000 plus the 10% end other costs
-------i'm working off the sept 30 96 report and yes
debt is coming down , i'm hopeful of: 4th q per share @ 3 cents
james w/ annual share @ 4 cents
