The latest version 2.0, developed with Java technology, provides customers with a wide selection of services including intelligent FAQ, search and E-mail self-service systems; live connections with product specialists; and problem resolution services. For companies with e-commerce sites, Dr. Bean triples productivity of sales staff, (through its multicustomer capabilities), builds customer loyalty and ultimately increases sales on their Web sites.

JavaOne, Sun Microsystems' 1999 worldwide Java developer conference, is a four-day event held from June 15 to the 18 at San Francisco's Moscone Center and several other locations throughout the city.
