Is anybody here concerned about the extremely poor transaction response time with ETrade. It sometimes takes me 10 minutes to log on. Once I get on, it may take several minutes for a quote. Sometimes it takes several minutes to buy or sell. There have been several times when I can not get logged on or when I can not get a quote and when I can not trade. I have a 56K modem and usually get connected at 44K. I clean out cache before every connection. I use limited graphics. The Etrade system SUCKS. I am investigation other Brokerages and will move. I would not put a penny into this piece of sh*t.
