We should be hearing from Compaq's storage division sometime this week with regards to a new NT storage product from them. Expect them to run around knocking EMC much like HWP & SUNW have. It seems to be becoming a pastime of companies that can't get their core businesses on track. I've heard it's a weak solution being pushed by compaq. That surprises me because I personally always saw them as the biggest threat to EMC since they took over DEC.
