Norman, I would agree that is the "normal" activity associated with the acquiring company's stock, but there was no uptick in volume with this news, just continued slippage I would associate more with technical factors like stop loss orders at $17.

Anyway, we'll see if this does, "result in acceleration of Wave's business services plans and to enable Wave to offer OEMs a broader range of implementation choices."
