Michael-
The biggest casualty is the loss of analyst's support. The earnings pre-announcement shortfall was such a surprise that the loss of integrity is going to require a long time to repair. I listened to the last two quarters briefings and there was no indication that anything like this was possible. The Y2K reason should have been known much earlier. The management team has dug a huge hole and jumped in. The reason for this is very strange.
