I can't help but comment on your description of the trading activity of June 14 1999 as a mass exodus; an emotional statement without basis in fact.
Without opinion, today's action was as follows,
The first 21,000 shares was at the offer, .93
the next 14,000 shares was also at the offer, .90
then 8,000 atthe bid .87
then 3600 at the offer of .90
then 12,000 at the bid of .87
then 2000 in the middle at .85
then 300 at .81 bid
Maybe someone else will comment about their opinion on the day's activity, but far from a mass exodus, it looks like just another day.
