Comment: My initial concern about the short term dilutive effect that the extra 2.5 million shares would have on the stock price is greatly reduced, given this cast of characters. Unlike the situation with the last dilutive event, distribution of Wave's shares to individual investors from (can't remember the name - Southeastern?? something or other), these folks sound like they have some real staying power, and won't necessarily be rushing to dump their shares on the open market.
