Thanks for your post.
1) In regards to your question on the COMPX chart, the reason you are seeing “just very small dots that track the MA line” is that our data feed provider sends us the COMPX quote once every minute. Thus, since you probably have your chart set to a one-minute intraday interval, there is only one tick for every minute. If you change your chart to a higher minute interval, you will notice the chart will display information to what you're more accustomed to seeing.
2) Concerning the SPX, this information is provided by CBOT and we are still negotiating with them to obtain data permissions.
