Here's my guess.

When the shares authorized went from 500M to 750M nobody knew about it. We were all surprised to learn this. I think company dropped these shares on the market after Fridays news. Around 250M shares at .035 is $8,750,000. Quick way for company to raise some money. Kind of makes sense and the float would now be near the 500M so many are reporting. We have new MM's appearing and selling much more than they are buying. Where did the shares come from. Makes you go Hmmm.... doesn't it. Friday and today we see huge trading with much more buying than selling but price goes down. Another Hmmmm.... Indicates the float wasn't near as dry as we thought, thus the stock never ran as we all expected. Hmmmmm.....

Now don't get me wrong because I still hold all my 600,000 shares. I think it sucks if the company did this but I am beginning to believe it is true. PABN acted the same way. Company changed name from PRWT to PABN and unloaded a bunch of new shares. Volume jumped bigtime but price didn't follow as was expected after name change. Shareholders only heard about it during interactive shareholders meeting on a later date.

Even though this sucks, it isn't the end of the world. The good news would be that Fri and todays volume should have put a very healthy dent in the float and it should be gobbled up by now. When the news of loan closing hits in next few days we should see the movement we expected.

Still a big Hmmm..... but it only caused our big run to be put off a few days. IT WILL STILL HAPPEN, SO HOLD YOUR SHARES.

This is what I am beginning to think happened.
