Not sure what business school you went to Rock but the float is equal to outstanding shares - restricted shares. Currently there are only 10M shares restricted thus making the float 732,900,000 - 10,000,000 = 722,900,000 shares. Closely held shares are only here say and cannot be quantified. What's closely held today may be shook loose tomorrow. It's just a fact of life. Mike
