Well they have just introduced the the super slow 0.18 micron process.

And it looks like they had to "jack up" the vcc on the mobile 0.18 micron Dixons to get it to run at the same speed as the 0.25 micron parts.

This is the only way to explain the 1.5V VCC vs the 1.6V VCC on the 0.25 micron parts.

Those promised 600Mhz laptops chips seem like they maybe running a tad late!!!
