Lost1, their net worth declined by about 20%. This must be a start up since they are not reporting any sales. Since this statement doesn't tell you if they are reporting in thousands or in millions it hard to determine how much longer their capital will last, i.e. the burn out rate. Hopefully their capital will last long enough for them to generate sales and provide a return to the investors. If their capital is less than a million at the current rate they are loosing money, they have less than 3 months before they need to issue more stock ( dilute the existing shareholders) or borrow funds. If their capital is less than a billion they obviously are very well capitalized. I hope this helps.
