Let's talk Leaps 2002. My strike 140 at 8 that I filled easy about 11 days ago just won't go through now.

Jim, You are really going as far out of the money as possible with your 140 calls. I have been sticking to 90s and 100s. I guess for 2002, it is not a bad idea for way out of the money. When I had bought my calls, I would put a bid only about 1/4 above the existing bid and seemed to get imediate fills. It surprised me considering the thin volume and the large spread between bid and ask. I guess that is not happening now---maybe not as many sellers.

Still holding July in the money (70 strike) calls and they have been steady for a long time----I am not losing much as a result of time to expiry decreasing. I still can't get myself to try out of the money July calls---the risk/reward for those is not suitable for me.
