DBCC: On [Insider] Shareholder Value Maximization

"...The current quarter also included a pre-tax expense of $1.8 million in special bonuses paid to DBC's employees. These bonuses were compensation for the efforts of employees who participated in the formation, development and initial public offering of MarketWatch.com..." Source: DBCC

DBCC [still] appears to be a superior turnaround/Asset? play*...[but is this all simply getting old?]...while existing management/Co-Chairmen/CEOs/entrenched BOD simply have no credibility/no clue? wherein their best strategies appear to be confined to insider financial legerdemaine v. brilliantly conceived/implemented shareholder value maximization growth strategies ...also flagrante delicto in dumping their shares the moment their shares > $15/share q1 calendar '99 breaking out of a multi-year resistance level [sending a very strong lack of confidence signal to their non-insider shareholders] ...if DBCC insiders can't dump their shares or reprice options they have now learned to take bonuses to create [insider] shareholder value?...$9.50.share....going down?

*despite an atrocious marketing effort and one which simply is preaching to the choir...advertise in Fast Company, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal v. Investor's Business Daily
