Carl: The downgrade and H&Q starting them as mkt. perform is all I can see. Looks like these analysts don't think things will improve in the short term. Either that or they purposely put out these kind of ratings if they want to start buying. It will be interesting if the price bounces off the 12+ range again as confirmation that the bottom has been reached. Arnie
