Danger Will Robinson DANGER!! Well, well what happened here. Thrustmaster out of money already! biz.yahoo.com And yes, to avoid all that confusion before, why don't they just go with a straight no frills toxic convertible with common stock! What's the matter esecurities? Don't feel like trying to claim that this isn't dilutive or some nonsense? Surely Intel will boldy come in and save them from debt - they wouldn't let a "partner" drown in their own incompetence. They wouldn't let a partner fall into pure toxic hell. Oh, but they did! BUWHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH <cough> <cough> hehe. - I guess my evil shorter laugh has gotten worn out of late.
