David, IF YOU had read all the previous posts by the loyal ITKG investors, the answers to your questions would be available. I consider myself one of those investors who WILL remain loyal to this small company and I am confident that the Form 10 will be filed when it is the RIGHT time for ITKG, not YOU or me. David, according to the new SEC guidelines, when EXACTLY does ITKG need to file their Form 10 ??? Are they ahead of that deadline ????
