Killer Grandmas in India are almost as rare as Serial Killers in Canada & USA . Just because Lola happens to have one in her family should not villify a whole culture.

There always are and always will be evil people in any culture. When I read Lola's account of her life a tear fell down my face I had to restrain myself and compose myself for 24 hours before I could respond on this forum.

It reminded me vividly of a patient (a white anglosaxon canadian)I had few years back who killed(murdered) her newborn child(cant remember son or daughter) by suffocating here intentionaly while breastfeeding her. She recounted the event to me countless times in graphic detail and was well aware of her intentions. Yet after a Coroners inquest she was cleared of any "wrongdoing". Now do we blame the whole of Canadian culture for that?

There are many walking wounded in all cultures. I hope Lola you find peace with yourself and who you are as a person and can getover and come to terms with what happened in your family. I feel so bad about calling you some one with the attention of a fruitfly over something so trevial. My apologies....

Best Regards
the Swami
