The financial data is often updated late on the various services that track such things like PE. Probably the larger, more prestigious firms would tend to keep tighter numbers. There is a free web site called StockSmart that does a pretty good job keeping tabs on fundamentals:
stocksmart.com. Maybe I'll check them out later and see what they show on KNIC.

I haven't been reading the stock newsgroups and BBS's on the web lately. Maybe it's time to get out there and get some attention for our "little gem". Only the honest, legal type of promotion of course.

I've been wondering how some of these people that start false rumors on stocks to push them one way or another, actually work. There are also false news stories "released" sometimes that move stocks. It would seem to me that they would have to post them in an especially sensitive spot or whatever to get so much attention. I realize stuff like this snowballs, but some of these techno-stock-cybergeeks must be especially adept at this kind of thing. I'm also onto the guys using multiple identities in posts, but figure that there are more advanced methods in operation currently in the stock scamming field.

One story I'm especially interested in is how the person that posted a phony news release (or somesuch)on Docucon (DOCU) did it. It made the stock pop about 50% in one day. I could use a friend like that. This prankster announced that the company had said they were into Y2K technology, etc. during the big interest in that sector, like ZITL, TSRI, CMPC, UCMP, etc.

Hope we get some upward action in KNIC soon.
