<<Dell isn't just selling PCs, etc. to business customers. It's also providing significant value added processes that surround the the procurement, accounting, support, setup and maintenance of a corporation's network of PCs. ... and all at close to no extra cost to Dell. Ian: I totally agree with you...Hmmm....I think you clearly stated why large global companies (like Ford) have switched to a totally direct relationship with DELL. They save money and get better products and service. What more can you ask for ??

I expect an increasing number of companies to Go Direct with DELL. The progressive companies are on board. Yet, there are many fast followers and late adopters to get additional business from..<GG>!!

Best Regards,

Scott
