Youlu, Do you know if this is the same John Neff who used to manage the Windsor fund for Vanguard? If this is the same person, I'd say his purchase is a strong endorsement for the 'cheapness' of this stock. The former Windsor fund manager was one of the best value oriented stock pickers around. I think the tensions between N. & S.Korea probably contributed a little to the latest pullback; if politically things settle down, the stock should slowly pull itself back up toward the ten level, all things on other fronts being equal in the meantime. barry
