JYW, that's exactly my point when I said I wonder if they are just trying to scare Him. They first have to get subpoenas, then they have to serve them on SI and Yahoo, and then they will likely have to take SI to court to enforce the subpoenas, and by no means will they have an easy win in merely identifying the posters. Then HITT will have to personally serve the defendants, who are likely in different states and subject to different defamation standards, which may require the filing of separate lawsuits in individual states, and it all gets very messy and costly. If HITT has this kind of money to throw around, then perhaps they were indeed overvalued.
