re. the Pomerantz suit, it mentioned some IR guy by the name of Pinizzitto.

I don't remember seeing this name before. The co. newsreleases have used the name Danny Gavin at the bottom as the contact person.

I just did a full-text search of SI for the word "Pinizzito", and I didn't come up with any hits.

Has there been any discussion of him to date?
