You may be right Jenna, but if you think about it in reverse fashion you may be shorting near the bottom. That to me is as risky as buying near a top. In other words, if the damage (correction) has already been done, or overdone, and a selling climax has exhausted the downslide, you may get caught in a short covering like a reverse avalanche. I don't expect AOL will go back over 100 right away, but it could put on 5-10 points in one day. Also remember why we had the slide, unexpected news. Unexpected news can work both ways. What if Mister Big of the markets comes out tomorrow and says "Just kidding, it's not that bad. We're oversold and there's no real inflation.'
You know what I'm saying. It's too late to sell IMHO. Or go short. I'm hope I'm right and you're wrong since I'm still long.
