Imho MRY is a company with a bright future, showing VERY good growth through a broad base of leading edge products. Is the current share price anywhere close to reflecting this? I don't think so at all! (But then again, that would be why I am buying!) <gg!>

I took a moment and took a look at what this company has accomplished in just the past nine months! Here's a recap. It's quite a long read here, but one that I hope you'll find worthwhile.

1) September, 1998:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems successfully launches the commercial version of Magellan, a crew tracking system.

-Mercury Scheduling Systems licences its next generation Magellan product to charter and cargo operator Sterling European Airlines, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

2) October, 1998:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems has licenced its next generation Magellan crew management system to charter operator Tradewinds Airlines, based in Greensboro, N.C.

-Tradewinds is also licencing Mercury's NOVA product, a complete crew planning system that quickly generates crew assignments for the next period's flight operations.

-Mercury Scheduling Systems has signed a letter of intent with major airline operator Ansett Australia to help Ansett achieve year 2000 compliance for its crew rostering and bidding systems.

December 1998:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. (MRY) and British Airways, PLC, have signed a letter of intent to licence Mercury's flagship Magellan software system and its Nova and Nova online products to British Airways Regional.

-The company has licenced its Cygnus airline crew optimizing software system to Braathens Airlines, the leading airline in Norway.

March 1999:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. has become a business partner and a partner in development with International Business Machines transportation global industries group. The two companies will jointly promote Mercury's suite of crew management products to strategically targeted larger airlines, some of which are already in IBM's current customer list. IBM will also provide technical expertise to assist with integration and installation of Mercury's products.

April 1999:

-The company has signed a licence agreement to provide American Trans Air, Inc. with its new Cygnus software system, a powerful crew pairing optimizer.

-Mercury Scheduling is launching Nova Online, its latest software for Internet crew-bidding, with Ansett Australia Airlines.

May 1999:

-DHL Airways Inc., a division of DHL Worldwide Express, has signed a letter of intent to license Mercury's Magellan product. The $3.5-million contract with DHL is the largest in Mercury's history. DHL Airways Inc. serves all U.S. destinations for DHL Worldwide Express, the world's largest international air express network. With over 60,000 employees and 222 aircraft worldwide, DHL Worldwide Express links more than 635,000 destinations in over 200 countries.

-MRY beat out industry giant Sabre Group to provide its Magellan support system for tracking crews for DHL <ggg!>

June 1999:

-The company has licensed its Internet-based Nova Online software product to Hawaii's leading interisland carrier, Aloha Airlines, and installation has been completed.

On top of the successes MRY has had with their products, take a look at how the balance sheet is improving.

From the three month results in Sept 1998:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems had revenues of $462,220 for the three months ended July 31, 1998, an increase of 38 per cent over the same period last year.

Loss per share = 5 cents.

Now from the six month results:

-Mercury Scheduling Systems has posted revenues of $861,204 for the six months ended Oct. 31, 1998, an increase of 46 per cent over the same period last year. Revenues for the second quarter ended Oct. 31, 1998 were $408,984, an increase of 55 per cent over the second quarter of Oct. 31, 1997.

Loss per share = 4 cents

Now from the 9 month results:

-The company has posted product and service revenue of $611,581 for the third quarter ended Jan. 31,1999, an increase of 81 per cent over the same period last year. Total revenues for the nine month period ended Jan. 31, 1999 were $1,487,620 an increase of 45 per cent over the nine month period ended Jan. 31, 1998.

Loss per share = 2 cents

And as of April of this year, the company is now profitable!

Personally, I think the MRY at this share price presents a great opportunity. Could I be "out to lunch"? Sure, I suppose so. But I don't think so on this one. The company has far too much going for it, and it will only be a matter of time before the market reflects this in the share price. Year end results should be coming out soon (within a couple of weeks I would guess) and as Bruno says, they should be "outstanding"! After reviewing what the company has accomplished in the past nine months, I see no reason why these results wouldn't be anything but!!

Regards,

Kevin
