Many Serbs are fleeing Kosovo because of the presence of the Russian troops. <g> With respect to 5% or 10% reductions of victory: now at least you seem to concede that victory wasn't 100%. If we / NATO were taking agreements by the letter (I don't actually claim we should do that), the discussed and real peace breaking by any side would mean a 100% loss of the peace battle. So what I wanted to say was, we shouldn't believe White House propaganda: "Evil was going on, there were white knights, now everything is really wonderful again." Even NATO isn't so much fond of themselves like WJC wanted to make us believe. MNI.
