I believe APCC looks very good from a technical perspective......could call it a triple bottom or even an inverted head and shoulders if you stretch a bit.....in anycase the chart looks like a try at 22 1/2 and if we clear it a quick run to 24-25 dollars......given that the analsts have been upgrading APCC lately, and that they all rate it a strong buy or buy (according to Zacks) I feel that there is very little downside at this point......Even during tha last couple big downdrafts in the market APCC never showed any weakness.....this is really a good sign........;^)
