Hello Mr. Rosenthal: CCSI 3 posts by you regarding CSSI since 1997? Hmmph. Please name a dozen of the 'dozens of major hospitals nationwide' and define what you mean 'about to be aggressively distributed by Ohmeda Medical'. I remain unimpressed by CCSI technology--professionally I am a technologist. Please define what you mean by 'CCSI breakthrough technology'. What breakthrough technology is that? Colorimetry has been with us since the 30's and 40's. I remember meeting the professor years ago that laid the foundation for the popular Spectronic 20 of Bausch & Lomb. Prof. Harvey Diehl was his name--of Iowa State's graduate chemistry department, usually ranked in the top 10 in the country. Sharp fellow. CCSI FDA clearance was about 2 years ago. I see no advantage in delaying selling product for 2 years. What is it with CCSI? I interpret the lack of performance to mean the product is a marketing dud. Convertible financing is not of the most primo rank. I expect to see in the 8K that Lehman is quite well insulated from losing money in this deal. I will wait for the 8K details. CCSI lacks substance so far, and I cannot distinguish the latest PR from promise and puff. CCSI strikes me more as an organization that is going out of business, and the Lehman deal may facilitate elucidating prospective timeframes for such an event. I am unconvinced CCSI has anything of substance. I remain short, and if I can short more shares at another price joggle up, I am willing to do so. Best regards, m
