You'll be happy to know that NU has just agreed on a settlement for the Seabrook deregulation issue, which was a huge cloud hanging over the company's head. Good luck in the contest. Below is a part quote on the company's reaction. Dick " ... "It brings a major reduction in our electric rates, a goal that has long been hoped for by our customers.
