INGVARD, it had been posted there was a shareholders meeting being planned for the end of June if it could be put together in time. The date and authorization level is news to me through the post made.

I spoke to Henry tonight and was told the following:

They think 5-7 distributorships have been sold but will count them with the receipt of the checks. There might be a PR when the number of new distributors reaches a certain level.

The PP has not converted except for one of the members. He converted at .10 for 1m shares and wanted out. Another one wants to convert but has not yet. I don't know his share interest or the status of his conversion.

He feels the stock has gone down due to excessive shareholder selling compounded with few buyers due to lack of confidence in the company. Additional selling from another source is not known.

The Signature deal is still expected around the first of the month to begin operation. There might be a PR announcing the commencement of operation.

Additional funding outlets are being sought. Terms were not mentioned.

Time ran out but I intend to converse again. I still have a few shares and carry an interest due to the prior potential and whether it can still be attained.
