Ipvoice.com Takes Giant Step Towards Fulfillment of Goal to Provide

LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1999-- IPVoice.com(TM) (OTC
BB:IPVC - news) is pleased to announce they have entered into an
agreement with Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ:LVLT - news) to provide
IPVoice.com the facilities to co-locate their TrueConnect(TM) Gateways
in sites furnished by Level 3 Communications. This agreement enables
IPVoice.com to begin deployment of TrueConnect(TM) Gateways in 17
cities, including Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York and San
Francisco.
IPVoice.com's Flat25 Plan gives customers unlimited long distance
minutes for $25 per month. Customers will be able to make phone calls
over the Internet using a regular telephone but without having to own a
computer. Flat25 brings IPVoice.com into direct competition with such
long distance customers as AT&T (NYSE:ATT - news), MCI WorldCom
(NYSE:WCOM - news) and Sprint (NYSE:FON - news).
Level 3 Communications is the first company to build an international
network, consisting of both local and long distance networks, using
