I think House leaving just points to the problems and issues inherent in these mergers. I am a stockhoder of Nortel and I am sure that despite the positive press spin on this, there were integration and transition issues that were not smooth. I suspect the LU and ASND merger will be equally challenging. I believe that Alan was right when he said during a recent conference call that this merger presents NN with a short term opportunity.
