NE - No question that CC can run a stock if they want. They are the most notorious or at least the most obvious in CANADA at doing so and we all know it.

You almost need them or one of the other WCWHs to get a stock running. They are the US equivalent of the OTC MMS - I really think MM should stand for Market Manipulator.

Are you all wondering what WCWH means - I know ED does but he seems to be still snoozing
