Instinet had Inuts trading up earlier this AM, but have since backed off and are trading down. Although instinet is not a good indicator...in fact, it has become rather unreliable in forecasting the direction of the market, the possibility exists for a small rally today. I will be watching our favorites. The US analysts have also boosted there recommendations on "chip makers" so we may see some of the semiconductor teckies rally today....However, the mood is still bearish for the market, as a whole, at the moment. the Chief
