SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1999--Cosmoz.com (OTC
BB: CMOZ) today announced the acquisition of KingFINE, Inc., a leading
financial web site utilized by active investors and day traders.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Based in Auburn, IN, KingFINE, Inc. (http://www.kingfine.com)
joins Cosmoz.com as a wholly owned subsidiary in the company's
Investment-Related Group of web sites. With this acquisition,
Cosmoz.com invests in the rapidly growing market of personal online
investing and day trading.
KingFINE management is excited about the acquisition having
turned down acquisition offers from a number of other sources in
recent months and choosing to partner with Cosmoz.com. "KingFINE
