I join you in your analysis and for your positioning in the stock of CKFR. What will appear over the coming quarters is a measurement based solely on new subscribers which can easily be extrapolated into revenues through any analyst's model.

The final stages of the offering are all but complete. The shares that will be sold will go to "strong hands" and more than likely will not see the light of day for more than one year. As always, the short term direction of any stock is impossible to determine but a clear long term prediction, based upon a solid model, is predictable and with this move by CKFR, IMHO, positive.

The final stages of the offering will now be to support the price and if possible increase the net offering to as high a level as possible. This will not only bring in more funds to the company, it will bring additional fees to the "whores," or rather the investment bankers who pulled the deal off.

It is time to get the deal priced and sold and let the portal announcements follow.

To all who have made direct contact with me over this trying period, I look forward to meeting you in New York. The way I see it, we will either be eating steak or humble pie, either of which will taste great with the level of posting that is exhibited on this board.
