One other possible rational:

Perhaps "Sky Tower Superstore" is as close a translation from the Chinese of the actual name of the property in question and any search of Chinese Yellow Pages, etc., would not turn it up unless it were done in the Chinese language??? ...(naah!)

(I no longer have a position in this stock).
