TLWatson59 - Thanks for your inquiry. Wrapsters has asked investors to be patient with them as they are going through their audit. The company would rather release audited numbers, but is also aware that investors need accurate adequate and timely information to make an investment decision. Of our initial 50,000 shares, we have a little over 50% remaining. The value placed on the shares were nominal as they were provided for services rendered and not as an investment on our part. As for the remaining 150,000 (a total of 200,000 was made available), those shares are not for our compensation and are to pay for expenses relating to our efforts. The issuance of those shares (which we do not have possession of) is jointly made between the Board of Wrapsters and Visibility based on a jointly agreed upon expenses. As for the MICROS deal - I am not sure but would be happy to find out and get back with you.
