UH OH!!!! NOT GOOD. Just found out from a friend at Ford that Hewlett-Packard designed and manufactures GM's low cost Worldwide diagnostic tool. Hewlett-Packard is one of the 6 or 7 companies competing for the ADS contract for Ford. HP also happens to make the Service Bay Diagnostic System (SBDS) for Ford (4,025 units in North America) and provide's Ford with a lot of SBDS software and hardware support. I guess that one would have to consider them a solid contender for this future business. Heard HP has a very good working relationship with Ford. Does anyone know if Genrad has a good working relationship with Ford? Couldn't hurt if they did. Jeff
