John...be careful when using words like "everyone" and grouping the thread into a herd.

There are certainly a few speculators with any stock, however, I think that this thread is comprised mostly of investors in QWST. I for one have invested a substantial quantity of my life savings in QWST and purhcased more shares yesterday.

I am perplexed, frustrated, and irritated, however, I am not upset, vindictive and I am certainly not selling at this level. I plan on holding Qwest for a very long time and forsee Qwest becoming a heavyweight telecom company.

Considering all the posts of the last few days I have seen a very small percentage of scared sellers.

No foul, no harm....just imo.

Jason

P.S. I have a lengthy transcript in front of me from A.G. Edwards and do not with to type it all out verbatim, however, It criticizes the GBLX offer for it's outrageous complexity. It also states that QWST is at a strategic advantage of the new found assets from the two possible target companies and a much simpler offer. It also suggests that Qwest may consider selling off US West's smaller, rural phone markets to independent carriers that cater to such areas. Nacchio dismissed suggestions that he is trying not only to buy USWest and Frontier, but also to thwart GBLX.
