Look guys Skoda is not really necessary to complete a plant. The only nice thing which helps to paint the picture of that Skoda name is it! A plant can be under construction with any other company in the industrial equipment business. As a fact I spoke to a general contractor in Europe and they confirmed that the job can be done within six weeks of planning and 6 months of construction. Important is now that the internal structure of the first company building the plant in Euorpe is done. It seems that they have some tight hands on somebody in the US and Europe!
